Up B

Magnega: Skippy creates a small ball of magnet energy above his head and dives into it, repelling himself out of the other side and dealing electrical damage to anyone who gets caught in the small explosion, also with a force to push them away from him. The longer the button is held, the more power it receives and the further Skippy flies.

Down B

Subspace entrance

(Separate) In the forest, Skippy is seen waddling through the undergrowth, looking lost. He looks up to the sky to spot the Halberd flying over dropping Subspace enemies. Skippy panics and knocks a ring of Primids to the floor, panicking and screaming and running for his life. Once done a level with Skippy, there'll be a scene where he runs off a cliff, skids to a halt, blinks and falls, falling right on top of Link and Yoshi. All three have to fight a large group of enemies in one place. Once that's done, Link begins to walk off, but Skippy runs after him and latches onto his leg. Link gives in and picks Skippy up, placing him on his shoulder. Skippy giggles happily and rides on Link's shoulder as Yoshi looks on curiously. Skippy is now playable.

Assist Trophy

Final Smash

Ultima: Skippy spins around, and the entire stage goes black except for himself and the other players. Sparks and smoke begin to appear of varying colours, and suddenly random explosions begin to happen all over the screen. The explosions deal a mixture of either fire, electric or darkness damage, and do a fair amount of damage.

Stage

Magical sanctuary.

Stage Details

Magical sanctuary is a bit like Fountain of Dreams from Melee. It's a giant platform floating in the sky, with silver light and green stars below it. The platform is covered in water which constantly spouts up from the center and drains by falling off of the side and evaporating into glitter and dust. Platforms often appear, either floating randomly at odd angles all over the stage, or just appearing briefly and then vanishing. There is always a center platform in the middle and a few others randomly scattered around that change with every match. The water has strange properties and glow different colours to represent different things;

Red: The water will then change into a fire stream and deal damage to anyone standing in it.
Blue: The water will freeze over and become ice, meaning that the drips of water off the side are now solid too so they can be used for wall-jumping and clinging.
Green: The water will cast an upward draft and cause low gravity on the battlefield for a short period of time.
Yellow: The water will begin to crackle with blue sparks of electricity and they electrocute anyone they touch.
Purple: The water turns into a potion that causes anyone to set foot in it to move a lot slower and often fall asleep.
Pink: The water becomes another potion that causes the person stepping in it to randomly pose every few seconds or so.

However, these only happen for about 30 seconds and have 20 second intermissions between them of the water being normal and clear and perfectly fine to walk on.

Outfits/ Colors

Usual: Skippy is like Cam, but a chibi-like version of him, about the size of Squirtle or Olimar. Skippy wears a sleeveless blue jacket that's done up to his neck and wears black and gold pants with large, white shoes. He has a small gold bandana around his forehead that has a ruby set in the front, also having large, adorable green eyes and wears a blue magician's cape.
Red: Skippy's jacket goes red and so does his cape.
Blue: The colours are the same as 'Usual'.
Green: Skippy's jacket and cape go a dark green.
Other 1: Skippy's hair goes a little lighter in colour, and his jacket and cape go gold.
Other 2: Skippy now wears a blue robe that reaches the floor and a large, pointy hat on his head, dressed like The Black Mage from Final Fantasy I.

Snake Codec

Snake: Hey… who's tracking my signal?!
Shantotto: Ohohoho! So nice of you to lend me your ear, I have some advice you might like to hear!
Snake: Who… who are you? Some kinda… marionette?
Shantotto: How uncouth, you flea-ridden old man, if you want my help, you should shut your can!
Snake: …
Shantotto: Good. Let me tell you something, dear; Skippy's quite good with magic you hear. I trained him myself, he's a very good kid, but he's a little bit on the bouncy side, heaven forbid.
Snake: Are you gonna help or just rhyme yourself breathless?
Shantotto: Ohohoho! Magic or technology, it's really but your choose… but if you don't take care in battle, you're definitely going to lose!
Snake: I know that! Tell me something I don't know!
Shantotto: That's all I have for today, my friend! So before we meet again, try not to meet your end! Toodle-pip, loser!
Snake: …What was THAT all about…?

Trivia

Skippy has a wide variety of long ranged magic attacks, and is quite small and hard to hit. However, due to his size and lightweight qualities, he's very easily thrown around,

Trophies

Skippy: Due to an experiment that went seriously awry, Cam's brain was split into two separate influxes, causing him to gain a strange power. Desperate to reverse it, Gabrielle, Luca and Flopsy tried to use some forbidden hexes to remove the curse the experiment had laid on Cameron. However, the marionette they'd used to hold the curse in came to life with a mind of it's own – even if it is a bit mad – and incredible magical powers. Skippy soon vanished for almost three years before returning with immense magical affinity.

Ultima: The strongest of Skippy's magical attacks, Skippy calls forward the power of the Magical universe itself to cave in on the opponents in random places, striking anyone, everyone and everything. However, the explosions are random, so it may not hit the opponents at all, but if you're on your toes, beware – you have no idea where the next explosion will appear.

Shantotto: Skippy's teacher, and who could possibly be considered the only one who can control him. Although Skippy has an attraction to her, Shantotto does not let that get in the way of their teaching or their friendship. She loves to speak in rhymes and is a very powerful sorceress. "I'm a very powerful sorceress, you see. Now please go away and stop reading my trophy! Ohohoho!"

Skippy, the internal nutcase part of my imagination, joins the Brawl!

I invented Skippy a long time ago, but never used him much. Then, seeing Shantotto in Dissidia reminded me of Skippy, and I could NOT resist using him in an RP. Long live the nutcase. XD

Shantotto and all Final Fantasy references are (C) to Square Enix.

FF4 "Four Fiends" hyadain is (C) to whoever made it on Nico-Nico.

Skippy is (C) to me.

Brawl profile layout is (C) to me.
